A brief introduction of each member of staff.
Nic Ilic
Mrs Ilic is the Headteacher and is also the PE subject Co-ordinator and Assessment Leader. Mrs Ilic is the school's Designated Safeguard Lead, (DSL) and Looked After Children leader.
Mrs Ilic has a BA(Hons) Degree with Qualified Teaching status.
Mrs Ilic also has a teaching commitment working Mondays in Thatchers, teaching swimming on Tuesday afternoons.
She is First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis. She has completed training for Leadership and has a National Professional Qualification for Headteachers. She has completed coaching courses for hockey, football and dodgeball and is a qualified swimming teacher.
Mrs Ilic has cycled from St. David's Point in Wales to Lowestoft, Suffolk (420 miles) for charity.
Kate Woodley
Mrs Woodley is our Early Years Leader, phonics and Writing co-ordinator and Deputy DSL.
Class teacher for The Potters Class, Reception group.
Mrs Woodley has a BA(Hons) Combined Studies in Drama and American History degree and a PGCE in Primary Education 4-7 specialism. She has also attended training for Forest School BTEC level 1 and Middle Leadership.
Mrs Woodley is First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis. She also has completed training for Talk Boost and Sounds Write.
Mrs Woodley has 2 grown up daughters.
Charlotte Sides
Miss Sides is our Curriculum Leader, RE and PHSE Co-ordinator.
Miss Sides teaches in the Thatchers class (Year 1 and 2) Tuesday to Friday.
She has a BA(hons) Primary Education with Qualified teaching status. She also has attended foundation training in Drawing and Talking Therapy; received the Level 2 award in introduction to counselling skills; attended the national programme for specialist leaders of behaviour and attendance (DfE). Miss Sides is trained in Talk Boost and Sounds-Write. She is First Aid trained including training for Anaphylaxis.
Mrs Rayner shares the teaching in the Foresters Class (Years 5 and 6) with Miss Brown.
Mrs Rayner has a BA Hons in Education with QTS (PGCE) degree with English specialism.
She has been trained for Team-Teach (Positive Handling Strategies), ELSA and bereavement.
Mrs Rayner is First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis She has completed training for Talk Boost and Sounds Write.
Miss Brown shares the teaching in the Foresters Class (Year 5 and 6) with Mrs Rayner.
Miss Brown has a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Literature and a Graduate Teacher Programme with QTS (specialism Early Years 3-7).
She has completed training for Team-teach training (positive handling strategies) and Sounds Write.
Miss Brown is First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis.
Both of Miss Brown’s children have attended the school.
Miss Trim is an Early Career Teacher and has recently gained her Qualified Teacher Status. Miss Trim will teach the Weavers Class (Years 3 & 4)
Mrs Downing is an experienced teacher and Head teacher. She has taught across Wiltshire and is currently SENCo in Wylye Valley School as well.
Mrs Downing has a wealth of knowledge and is passionate about working with children, especially those with additional needs. Mrs Downing works at Crockerton School at least once a week.
Mrs Lamont teaches one day per week. She will be teaching in Weavers, Potters and Thatchers on a Tuesday and may be available for supply days.
Janet Aylesbury
Teaching Assistant
Mrs Aylesbury is the Senior teaching assistant, working mainly to support the older children. Mrs Aylesbury lives in Crockerton and produces most of our Key Stage Two dramatic performances.
Her own children attended the school. She is also a very proud Grandma of five.
Jemma Newbery
Teaching Assistant
Mrs Newbery is a teaching assistant and is also one of our Midday Supervisors. Mrs Newbery has completed First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis.
She has training for ELSA, Talk and Draw and Talk Boost interventions.
Mrs Newbery is a qualified Rugby Coach.

Mrs Massey is a teaching assistant and is also one of our Midday Supervisors.
She has been First Aid trained including Anaphylaxis.
Liz Young
Teaching Assistant
Mrs Young is a teaching assistant and is also one of our Midday Supervisors.
She is First Aid trained including Paediatrics and Anaphylaxis.
Completed a Level 2 Course on Understanding Autism.
Emily Connolly
Teaching Assistant
Mrs Connolly is a teaching assistant and is also one of our Midday Supervisors.
She has First Aid training, including paediatrics and anaphylaxis.
Mrs Bawden is our Finance and Business Manager and runs the school office.
Our Parent Support Advisor is Mrs Kimberley Muller and we are delighted that she is available to provide valuable support for our school community. Mrs Muller is experienced in supporting families and helping them to access the help and support that they may require. She is available to provide information, guidance and support around many aspects of school and family life.

Mrs Muller is keen to run a number of workshops and events, both in and outside of school, for whole families to get involved with. She works in 4 of our Compass Schools. Mrs Muller would like you to know that her door (or inbox) is always open if you would like to talk through anything. She works in school for a whole day every two weeks and is available for face-to-face meetings on these days.
